So the long awaited and much-demanded feature of merging Gmail and To Dos are now done in the form of Inbox. Inbox is a separate service or a web client or an app that has features of both Gmail and Google Now. It is available to download for iOS and Android right now on Google Play Store(link) and Apple App store(link).
But you cannot use it right now as it is only in invite stage. If you got an invite then contact me in my contact form and invite me as well, thanks in advance. As Google says,” we're sending out the first round of invitations to give Inbox a try, and each new user will be able to invite their friends. If Inbox can’t arrive soon enough for you, you can email us at inbox@google.com to get an invitation as soon as more become available.”

Reminders
As you can see in the GIF below, when we set a reminder in Inbox for sushi, it not only set the reminder but also assist you about the contact number of sushi, it even shows you the closing time of sushi as well.
For example, if you write a Reminder to call the hardware store, Inbox will supply the store’s phone number and tell you if it's open. Assists work for your email, too. If you make a restaurant reservation online, Inbox adds a map to your confirmation email. Book a flight online, and Inbox gives a link to check-in.
